Joy has been part of Melissa’s team since 2014. Prior to May of 2014, she worked in the State Farm Corporate arena for 38 years in several positions throughout the years: a policy typist, a group insurance benefits representative, claims processor, and an administrative assistant.
Joy is married, has two adult children, and five grandchildren. She loves spending time with her grandchildren with special weekend sleepovers and loves cooking for her family.
At the office, she strives to provide impeccable customer service with every customer she comes in contact with. When she reaches out to them for whatever reason, it’s important they know we care about their current issue---good or not so good--- and we are here to help resolve and work through it with hopefully a positive and favorable outcome. She is a Delaware native and has four adult children and 5 grand-dogs.
